It is a 3 story concrete building. The second floor is street level and available for rent and shown in the photos. Fenced property with off street parking. Flamenco Beach voted as one of the most beautiful beaches is a short 2 1/2 miles away.

Second bedroom has 2 twin beds.  Enjoy a quiet evening on the screened porch watching the sunset and enjoying the night sky.
